What this is

Coaching for the part after the motivation runs out.

Most people know roughly what they should eat and that they should move more. That was never the problem. The problem is week four, when work gets loud, sleep gets short, and the plan that felt easy on day one quietly stops happening.

Consoliana works on that part. We build a routine that survives a bad week, one change at a time, then make it boring and automatic before adding the next. The name comes from consolidate: to make something solid enough to build on.

It is free because it should be. This is a small, founder‑run project, not a funnel. There is nothing to upsell you into.

How it works

Twelve weeks, three stages, one change at a time.

Weeks 1–4

Ground

We map your actual week, not the ideal one. Where the time goes, what you eat when you're tired, what has broken previous attempts. We pick one anchor habit and make it happen daily, whatever else slips.

Weeks 5–8

Build

Add the next layer only when the last one is automatic: a protein‑first breakfast, a walk you don't negotiate with, a bedtime that protects the morning. Adjust for the week you actually had.

Weeks 9–12

Hold

Stress‑test the routine against holidays, deadlines and low weeks. Write the rules you'll keep without me. You leave with a system you understand, not a dependency on a coach.

Between calls you get a short daily check‑in by message. Not a food log to be marked, just a "how did today go" with a real answer back.

Who it's for

Honest fit matters more than filling places.

A good fit if you

  • Have tried more than one diet or programme and ended up back where you started.
  • Want to lose weight or change how you eat, but through habits rather than a crash plan.
  • Can commit to one 45‑minute call a week and a two‑minute check‑in most days.
  • Are over 18 and would like a steady, no‑judgement partner in the process.

Not the right fit if you

  • Need a meal plan or macro targets prescribed to you. That's dietetics, and this isn't.
  • Are managing a diagnosed medical condition, an eating disorder, or are pregnant. Please speak to your GP or a registered dietitian first.
  • Want fast results in a few weeks. This is built for the twelve months after the twelve weeks.
  • Are looking for personal training or a workout programme.

Principles

What you can expect from the way we work.

Slow is the method, not a compromise.

One change, made solid, beats five changes made for a fortnight. The pace is deliberate.

Nothing is banned.

No food is off‑limits and no meal needs confessing. Restriction is usually what caused the last collapse.

The bad week is the point.

Anyone can follow a plan on a calm week. We design for the other kind, because that's where every previous attempt ended.

Private by default.

What you share stays between us. Nothing is posted, quoted or used for marketing without your explicit, written say‑so.

Not medical advice.

This is habit and behaviour coaching. It doesn't replace your GP, a dietitian or a therapist, and I'll say so plainly if something is outside my lane.

You keep the system.

The goal is that you don't need me by week twelve. Everything we build is written down in your words.

Apply

A small number of free places open at a time.

Send a few lines about where you are and what has and hasn't worked before. You'll hear back within a few days with either a short intro call or an honest reason it's not the right fit.

What to include

  1. Your first name and roughly where you're based.
  2. What you'd like to change, in a sentence or two.
  3. What you've tried before and where it fell apart.
  4. Whether you can do a weekly call and a daily two‑minute check‑in.
